Contraindications to Microneedling:

Absolute Contraindications: Do not microneedling with the following conditions.
Accutane within 6 months, Scleroderma, collagen vascular disease, facial cancer (past or present), current chemotherapy or radiation, steroid therapy, certain dermatological diseases affecting the face (i.e. Porphyria), immune-suppression, scars less then 6 months old and Botox/facial fillers in the past 2-4 weeks. Treatment is not recommended for patients who are pregnant or nursing.
